Effective October 13, 2026
1. Who we are
Arias Capital Partners ("ACP," "we," "us") is a merchant processing company (credit & debit card processing) based in Miami, Florida. We are not a bank or lender. Merchant services are provided through our sponsor bank and processing partners. This policy explains how we handle information you give us through this website, the client portal, and our onboarding process.
2. What information we collect
- Account information — your name, business name, business email address, and password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash, never in readable form).
- Application information — what you provide on our onboarding form: legal business name, DBA, EIN/tax ID, industry, time in business, processing volume, average ticket, contact details, and prior processing history.
- Documents — items uploaded or collected as part of onboarding: signed applications, voided checks or bank letters, bank statements, processing statements, and government-issued identification.
- Service records — your application status and history, processor placement, and the monthly processing statements associated with your account.
- Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not collect payment card numbers, card-track data, or bank account credentials through this website. Documents you upload are handled by our onboarding and underwriting process and our sponsor bank's systems, which are governed by their own PCI DSS and banking obligations.
3. How we use it
- To create and secure your portal account and authenticate you.
- To prepare, submit, and manage your merchant application with sponsor bank and processing partners.
- To communicate with you about your file: status, document requests, statements, and disputes.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and underwriting requirements (including KYC/KYB and anti-fraud checks required of payment processing).
- To protect the website, detect fraud, and enforce our security controls.
We do not sell your personal or business information. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.
4. Who we share it with
Your information is shared only as needed to serve you:
- Sponsor bank and processing partners — to underwrite, approve, and board your merchant account.
- Our own staff and contracted agents — your relationship manager and the team members servicing your file.
- Legal and regulatory bodies — when the law, a card-network rule, or a lawful request requires it.
Each party that receives your data for underwriting and processing operates under its own confidentiality and information-security obligations.
5. How we protect it
- All traffic between your browser and our systems is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Account passwords are stored using salted scrypt hashing and are never readable by us.
- Session cookies are cryptographically random, HTTP-only, and Secure-flagged.
- Access to client files inside ACP is limited to personnel servicing your account; administrative actions are logged.
- Login protections include rate limiting and account lockouts against brute-force attempts.
- We apply security updates promptly and review access controls regularly.
6. How long we keep it
Application files, documents, and statements are retained while your account is active and afterwards for the period required by banking rules and card-network obligations (generally several years), then securely destroyed. You may request deletion of information we hold that is not subject to those retention requirements, and we will honor it.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access & correction — you can see the information on your file at any time in the client portal, and you can ask us to correct anything wrong.
- Deletion — request deletion of data not required for legal retention (see Section 6).
- Opt-out of communications — tell us and we will limit contact to service-related messages about your account.
- Questions or complaints — contact us using the details below and a person will respond.
8. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in securely (session cookies) and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify account holders directly.
